Robbed
Havent been fishin much this year... finally got my gear
together.. hit the duct off hwy198 (fresno county) at about
9pm... and robbed... the canal is full of this weedy vegetation...
floatin on top and down below... builds up on ur line and rig
within seconds... bait or lure... been fishin ther for over a decade
and never seen it like this b4.... was not fishable at all... any
ideas??? dredging of some sort??? any spots i can avoid this???

Fishingn the ducts this Saturday afternoon/night any tips?

I'm taking my son fishing this Saturday to the
aquaducts near hwy 5 by Los Banos. We are going
to fish from 5pmish to about 9pm. Any tips out
there

That explains the lack of posts
I wondered why there had been so few posts about
the duct. Was the H2o flow particularly slow when
you were there?

yea... pretty slow.. Bill said they must have "blue stoned" this
area recently and it takes a while for it to clear... heard its been
like this for over a month now... shouldnt be too much longer...
anybody know of any descent fishin' holes in the central valley???
