Aqueduct gates half open, water is high. There
are lots of weeds and floating weeds. Nice night
for fishing but too many weeds. Good luck to all.

Fishing in Phelan
Does anyone know if you can fish the Aquaduct in
the Victorville/Phelan area. If so can you send
info on spots.

Fishing the duct on july 26
The gates were 2/3 open I caught 3 cat fish it
was awesome!

just wondering what part of the aqueduct ur
fishing i was thinking about going 2 night i
just dont know if i feel like waisting my time
out their my dvr is kind of full!!!!!!

1st time out to the ducts
caught 3 big cats biggest being a 26 incher caught
them on the 1st heading back out this friday.

wonder whats going on with the stripers.what
kind bait did you use i might go out too.see if
i dont get into an accident with tomatoe truck
their killing people up here!

i used chicken livers was hoping for a striper
bite myself. heh i kinda did the bait thing to see
if i'd get a bite at all i caught them fairly
quick wasn't out for long. i'm bringing out the
lures aswell as this time around well good luck
out there! and crazy i'll make sure to watch out
myself lol

waisted another 5 hours
went out friday night caught nothing same old
story too much moss water wasnt even runing.Good
thing we found a drunk guy so we sat and
listened 2 all his old school war stories!!!!

i wouldn't give up bro we went out friday and
caught one big cat(all the cats here seem fairly
big) lol went out for like 3 hours heading out
this friday again shoot an e-mail maybe we can
meet up and fish together might have better luck
that way

aqueduct locations
I have been looking all over the area for good
fishing. I dont know which lakes are good and
which are bad. But i like to fish for catfish. I
hear the aqueducts are good but i dont know
where that is or the address. SO can you please
help me?

On the stie
there's several fishing sites posted on the this
site under maps/info. I'd suggest fishing by the
bridges as catfish tend to hide under them during
the day.Remember your not allowed to fish from the
bridges good luck out there!

Catfish
At Munz road the gates are open 16 aug 09 Sunday. So far
one good size cat he's a fatty and he bleed everywhere. I'm
try to catch one more before I leave.

Help me catch stripers
What part of the aqueduct are you fising at? I
always fish off 300th st on 138. we always get
cats but I never got a striper. However, one guy
got 5 stripers right next to me using chicken
liver which i was using too. are bloodworms and
lug worms work for stripers. Please let me know
where are the best spots for the stripers. Thanks

its me
i use lures and work the area hard i dont want a
lot of dudes in my spots but in palmdale

23" on white ice zoom fluke 1/2oz jigg head
Caught me a 23" striper at the pump near manning
on hwy 33 around 10am. Made some more casts,but
no luck. The water gates open really late last
night, around 9pm. Wonder why they letting the
gates open mainly at night?
